No surprises. My philosophy is that a client has the right to know before investing anything, financially or emotionally, what he or she can expect in any legal situation.
Practical advice. I believe that the essence of doing a good job for a client depends on finding out from the client what is important to him or her, not doing what I believe the client should want. I do not believe that winning at all costs is the goal of all clients, although it may be for a select few.
Understand the process. I take the mystery out of legal procedures. I take the time to explain everything in language you can understand.
No waiting. I use state of the art technology to reduce delays. No more waiting to have documents prepared. Documents can often be prepared while you are in the office so you don't have to wait and come back a second time. Documents such as Divorce Petitions or Wills can be prepared and signed in one meeting.
Be divorced in 60 days. Get that divorce you've been putting off. Uncontested divorces can be completed in less than 60 days. The total cost is usually less than $1,100, including disbursements. My fee is $500, and the court filing fees are approximately $500. Installment payments can be arranged.
