In my weekly Qigong practice my main focus theme is to teach my students to turn off the Monkey Mind (this is the chatter that goes on in your head) that creates the stresses and blockages in your body that eventually leads to life threatening diseases.
I encourage everyone please turn off your active mind and find a Meditation Modality that works for you.
