MOKSHA YOGA KIDS!
Starting on Saturday March 6th we will
have pre-natal classes in our non-heated room! These classes are
suitable for all stages of pregnancy so come and check it out!
We will also be changing our Parent and baby class from Monday's at 2pm to Saturday's at 12:15pm.
To launch our new classes both classes on March 6th will be FREE (space is limited so please arrive early)
SO STARTING IN MARCH.....
Pre-natal Yoga: Saturday @ 10:15 am
Strengthen mind, body and spirit in preparation for labor and delivery
with a class designed to help expectant moms deepen their experience
and enjoyment of pregnancy. Class includes yoga postures to address and
relieve the common discomforts of pregnancy; relaxation techniques and
breathing exercises to ease fear and anxiety; abdominal and pelvic
floor toning to enhance postnatal recovery. Take advantage of this
amazing opportunity to connect with other expecting moms! Appropriate
for any stage of pregnancy and no prior yoga experience is required
Parent & Baby Yoga (3 weeks - almost walkers): Saturday @ 12:15 pm
This unique class combines yoga and play to strengthen the bond between
you and your infant. Experience flowing asanas, challenging postures,
and calming restorative time in a playful and safe environment. The
best part is that babies get involved! From baby massage, to lotus
swings to baby samba warrior pose to relaxing your baby with a sweet
and vibrating OM. Class is 1 hour.
***Please note that there will no longer be a parent and baby class on Monday's @ 2pm.

Kids Yoga: Sunday @ 10 am
6 - 10 year olds
Fun,
inspirational classes encourage a child's natural thirst for knowledge.
In this imaginative series, we combine simple yoga poses with engaging
songs and stories that exercise social, sensory and motor skills while
increasing flexibility.
Class is 45 minutes. **Parents are welcome to participate in the 10am
HOT yoga class and pick their children up after class (we will have
supervised games after class).
Tiny Tots Yoga: Sunday @ 12 pm
2 - 5 year olds
This
playful class encourages self-expression as well as building social
skills. Children will strengthen their bodies as they learn how to
focus through breathing and relaxation techniques. Kids sing, draw and
play yoga in this energy releasing class.
Class is 45 minutes. **Parents are welcome to participate in the 12pm
HOT yoga class and pick their Tiny Tots up after class (we have toys
and supervised games for tiny tots after class).
