I have nothing bad to say about Ruffins. The staff provide a very warm and inviting atmosphere. They are very helpful and eager to assist. The prices are reasonable and lots of variety. The staff are knowledgable and know just how to help me. I would reccomend Ruffins to anybody looking for a treat or food for thier furry friends.

Our dog has ( for a dog ) a very delicate constitution & doesn't seem to do well on most of the over the counter commercially available dog foods many of which cause her to throw up or worse have diarrhea. About a year ago I was told about this new store @ Milton mall i.e. Ruffins which catered to the more discerning customer or rather their pets. so I visited them there & was very pleasantly surprised by not only by the the quality & variety of their inventory but even more so by the courtesy & knowledge of the staff . I have since made a trip over to Milton several times a month

Friendly and knowledgable service from the people in the store...has a nice small-town feel to it which I really appreciate in this day & age. I see there are some pets up for adoption from a local shelter, which is commendable instead of selling pets as was done in the past. Lots of nice blingy collars & all sorts of supplies...amazing what they've come up for pets...I enjoyed browsing at leisure... for quality & overall health of my pooch & kitten, it's nice to have somewhere reliable to shop for supplies.

This Ruffins location is such was so friendly and helpful! I went in not sure what I was quiet looking for and the owner was nice enough to walk threw each brand of food and explain its pros and cons for my cat. I have never received such great service! I have even recommend to my friends and family. They even offer grooming services and adoption with the Milton animal shelter! 10 stars!
