The filming of one of our listings at 63 Manchester Street wrapped up for an upcoming episode of HGTV's Income Property. It was a pleasure meeting some of the crew of the show and I had an opportunity to chat with the host, Scott McGillivray for a couple of minutes. Scott was kind enough to give me some tips on investment properties, his business and his thoughts on the GTA market for investors.
